This Tutu can be used for many purposes. It can be used as a petticoat under short costumes for greater fullness. Perfect for Cos Play, ballerina's, circus themes, burlesque or even add black feathered wings and transform yourself into a Dark Angel for Halloween. Team with tights, fishnets or a leotard. Looks like tulle but is made from 100% polyester.

Costume Includes: One black five layered very short tutu on an wide elastic band.
