These hats are handmade and made in bulk, therefore it is possible that some gems, sequins or decorations may fall off inside the packaging during shipment. These can easily be re-glued if necessary and is not considered a fault.
Due to their construction, some hats may arrive slightly off-centre or lop-sided. This can usually be fixed by adjusting the piping on the inside of the hat.
