What size costume should I choose for my child?
Costume sizing can vary between brands, so we recommend checking the measurements shown in the size guide on each product page. Compare your child's height, chest, waist and clothing size with the supplied measurements.
When your child falls between two sizes, choosing the larger size will usually provide more comfort and room for clothing underneath.
How long does delivery take?
We offer Australia-wide delivery through Australia Post. Standard delivery generally takes approximately 2–10 business days, while Express Post generally takes approximately 2–4 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand and Australia Post conditions.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes. Click & Collect is available from our huge Perth costume superstore at Unit 1, 54 Prindiville Drive, Wangara, Western Australia.
Orders are generally ready within one hour during store opening hours. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.
Can I return or exchange a costume?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unworn, unused and returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories and inserts.
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please review our Returns page before purchasing for the complete conditions and excluded items.
Are your kids costumes suitable for Book Week?
Yes. Our range includes storybook characters, superheroes, princesses, witches, wizards, animals, pirates, historical characters and many other popular Book Week costume ideas.
Shopping early is recommended, as popular characters and sizes can sell quickly during the Book Week season.
