1990s Costumes

The 1990’s was a very versatile decade. Hip Hop and Grunge had their turn at being popular. It was the era of the Super Model, the likes of Evangelista, Campbell and Kate Moss were on covers of all the major magazines. Leggings and Active Wear became really popular. TV Series like, The Power Rangers, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Bay Watch, Seinfeld, The Simpsons, ER and the Sopranos were on every ones must watch list. The first three Harry Potter books were released to huge acclaim and the Nintendo game Mario Kart, followed by its spin off the Super Mario Series. And of course there was the usual Super Hero’s, the Teenager Mutant Ninja Turtles, Captain America and Batman returned once again.
