Description

Costume Include: One pair red hard plastic horns, the base of which is wrapped in black lace and adorned with a red rosette. The horns are worn by adjusting the elastic to secure comfortably in place. The elastic can be shortened by knotting and pulling the elastic tight. The elastic can be worn under the chin or on the back of the head. Perfect for Halloween, especially for She Devils and great to team with one of our many devil costumes or capes.
