It has a stuffable Velcro?????s attached shell, a green hard plastic face mask, with red eye mask and sunglass detail and a fun belt. Raphael is the red masked Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and carries a pair of Martial Arts weapons called a sai, which is like a three pronged short sword or large dagger. In the original comic in 1984 all four Ninja Turtles wore red masks but by 1987 they varied their colours and Raphael was the only one wearing red.
