The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers is an American entertainment and merchandising franchise built around a live-action superhero television series, based on the Japanese tokusatsu franchise Super Sentai. It first went to air in 1993 on weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings and was meant for kids. It became a 1990 pop culture phenomenon alongside a large line of action figures and other merchandise. The Power Rangers consist of 5 teenagers with attitude that defend Earth, possessing many powers and an arsenal of weapons including assault machines called Zords. The team dress in similar in skin tight jumpsuits of varying colours. This costume consists of a 2 piece helmet with a clear visor, made in light weight plastic. The padded jumpsuit is made in 100% polyester and has built in muscle arms and torso and a gold shield overlay. The belt is attached and has a big gold logo buckle. This is an Officially Licensed costume.
